I see T3's... everywhere. 90% of Wspace fleets are armor T3's, low sec I see T3's all over, buffer legions and proteus, 100mn tengus. Null sec, armor gangs with lokis, proteus, legion. If you have any respectable amount of isk, a T3 is the way to go.
